Patek Philippe presents a series of refined additions across its most prestigious collections at Watches & Wonders 2026, showcasing the brand's continued mastery of complications, elegant design, and technical innovation.

The Patek Philippe Grand Complications Celestial (Ref. 6105G-001) in its white gold housing and sapphire crystal cosmos dial showcases Patek Philippe’s prowess when it comes to creating high complications, melding immaculate finishing with a highly legible dial layout and a significant complication display.

Also introduced is the Patek Philippe Grand Complications 24 Hour Alarm, available in both navy blue (Ref. 5322G-001) and green lacquered (Ref. 5322G-010) dial variations. These pieces balance technical complexity with a modern colour palette, offering a fresh interpretation of classic Patek Philippe design.

The Patek Philippe Cubitus Perpetual Calendar (Ref. 5840P-001), in its platinum square case and blue sunburst open worked dial, follows up with more of a modern edge to the collection, offering a more contemporary expression of the brand's watchmaking language.

The Patek Philippe Complications (Ref. 5249R-001), inspired by "The Crow & the Fox" fable, has an animated rich brown dial housed in rose gold that showcases Patek Philippe’s decorative craftsmanship, drawing upon its rich history of intricate finishing techniques to create a watch that is simultaneously refined and elegant.

Another standout is the Patek Philippe Grand Complications Minute Repeater (Ref. 7047G-001) housed in polished white gold with a navy blue patterned carbon dial that showcases the advancement in technical innovation from Patek Philippe through its complex movement architecture and unique dial presentation.

Patek Philippe also adds to its chronograph line-up with new executions of the Patek Philippe Chronograph Perpetual Calendar Ref. 5270P, offered in charcoal grey (Ref. 5270P-015), lacquered blue (Ref. 5270P-016) and lacquered red dial (Ref. 5270P-017) variations, all three providing a distinct spin on one of Patek Philippe's most iconic perpetual calendar chronographs.

The Patek Philippe Split-Seconds Chronograph Perpetual Calendar (Ref. 5204G-010) continues the theme of technical mastery, combining a split-seconds chronograph with a perpetual calendar in a refined and balanced design. Housed in white gold, its navy sunburst dial features a double aperture displaying the day and month at 12 o’clock, while the date and moon phase are positioned at 6 o’clock, complemented by a white tachymeter scale.

Also released was the Patek Philippe In-Line Perpetual Calendar (Ref. 5236P-011) in platinum, boasting an innovative in-line perpetual calendar display that provides truly remarkable legibility thanks to its clean, modern layout. The silvery dial is accented with a vertical satin finish and a subtle black-gradient rim, together with charcoal grey faceted baton-style hour markers in addition to white gold hands.

The Patek Philippe Annual Calendar Moon Phases (Ref. 5396R-016) in rose gold offers a refined take on one of the brand's most practical complications. Its sunburst sand beige dial features day and month apertures at 12 o’clock, with the date, moon phase and 24-hour indication at 6 o’clock, combining everyday functionality with timeless elegance.

The Patek Philippe Complications World Time (Ref. 7129J-001) presents a modern take of a Patek Philippe icon. Made of yellow gold, it has a bold carmine red dial and a hand-guilloché centre; plus, its world time complication displays all 24 time zones simultaneously, balancing technical innovation with bold design.

The Patek Philippe Calatrava Date, Sweep Seconds (Ref. 5227G-015) is presented with a refined, classic aesthetic. Crafted in white gold, it features an opaline rose-gilt dial with faceted charcoal grey and white gold “obus” hour markers and dauphine-style hands, while the self-winding Calibre 26-330 S C delivers sweep seconds, a date display at 3 o’clock, and a stop-seconds function for precise time-setting.

Also included are the Patek Philippe Calatrava (Ref. 7200/50G-001) and (Ref. 7200/50G-012), refined ladies’ models in white gold that pair contemporary styling with traditional craftsmanship. Offered in both sunburst sand beige and ice blue dial options, they feature applied Breguet numerals and white gold hands, while the ultra-thin self-winding Calibre 240 keeps it slim and easy to wear.

Marking the 50th anniversary of the iconic Nautilus, Patek Philippe introduces three new limited editions models, the Ref. 5810/1G-001, Ref. 5810G-001 in white gold and the Ref. 5610/1P-001 in platinum, each Powered by the ultra-thin self-winding 240 caliber, featuring a 22K gold mini-rotor engraved “50 1976–2026”.

The Patek Philippe Annual Calendar (Ref. 4946G-001) in white gold offers a contemporary interpretation of the brand's annual calendar. Its blue-grey dial, enhanced by a distinctive vertical and horizontal satin “shantung” finish, is paired with day and month displayed by hands, while the date and moon phases sit at 6 o’clock.

Completing the selection is the Patek Philippe Golden Ellipse (Ref. 5738G-001) and Patek Philippe Golden Ellipse (Ref. 3738/100G-014) housed in white gold, a design icon distinguished by its harmonious proportions inspired by the golden ratio.
