The Patek Philippe Grand Complications Chronograph Perpetual Calendar Ref. 5270P-016, unveiled at Watches and Wonders Geneva 2026, presents a striking evolution of one of the brand’s most iconic complications. Powered by the manually wound CH 29-535 PS Q caliber, Patek Philippe’s in-house chronograph movement with perpetual calendar, it incorporates six patented innovations for exceptional precision and reliability.
The lacquered blue dial with a black-gradient rim is enhanced by faceted white gold hour markers, dauphine-style hands, and a white tachymeter scale, offering both elegance and functionality. A double aperture at 12 o’clock displays the day and month, while day/night and leap year indications, along with a date by hand at 6 o’clock, complete the calendar functions.
Housed in a fully polished platinum case with a concave bezel, two-tier lugs, and a discreet diamond set at 6 o’clock, this Patek Philippe timepiece is paired with a black composite strap featuring contrasting blue stitching and a platinum fold-over clasp—an exceptional blend of heritage, performance, and contemporary design.
