At David M Robinson we are sure that you will be delighted with your purchase. If for any reason that is not the case we offer a 14 day full refund. All returns must be accompanied with a completed returns form. Please see the terms and conditions below.

Return by post

Items can be returned directly to David M Robinson within 14 days for a full refund or exchange. All returns must be accompanied with a completed returns form.

We do not offer a free returns policy. The customer is required to pay return postage charges.

For your benefit and security, we highly recommend that you return any goods using a fully tracked and insured service, ensuring proof of delivery. The customer is fully responsible for the item until it reaches David M Robinson.

We will endeavour to process your refund as quickly as possible and in any case within 14 days of receipt of notification.

Undamaged and correctly returned items will be credited using the original payment method.

In the unlikely event that you receive a faulty or incorrect item, please contact us immediately on 0333 996 9987 or email dmrconcierge@dmr.co.uk and we will rectify the situation.

Return to store

Online purchases may be returned to one of our four David M Robinson standalone showrooms.

Please note that our showrooms are unable to process your refund in-store. Our showrooms will record receipt of your return before transferring this to our Concierge team be processed in accordance with our returns terms and conditions.

Terms & Conditions

David M Robinson cannot accept returns of earrings or cleaning products if the tamper-proof packaging has been opened. This is due to hygiene reasons and does not affect your statutory rights.

When returning items to David M Robinson or to one of our stores, the item(s) must be in its original condition and packaging, accompanied with the dispatch note and the returns slip.

David M Robinson and our stores cannot accept returns for items that have been altered or engraved.

Faulty Goods

Under the Consumer Rights Act 2015, a customer has an early right to reject goods that are unsatisfactory quality, unfit for purpose or not as described, and get a full refund. This right is limited to 30 days from the date the customer took ownership of the goods. If an item is faulty and needs to be returned, the customer does not need to pay postage costs for the return of the faulty item. If a customer is asked to return an item that arrived damaged, not as described or faulty, the retailer should refund the total cost of the return.
