At the root of our business is the largest team of in-house goldsmiths in the North West.

With an ever-growing base of loyal clients across the country, our showrooms remain equipped with the skills and expertise to repair your memorable pieces. The flames from the torches, the audible hiss of hot metal, as it is shaped, stretched and plunged into cold water.

A network of five Master Goldsmiths craft pieces in three workshops across our family of showrooms, supporting our Sales Ambassadors with bespoke commissions and jewellery repairs for their clients.

Which jewellery repair services do we offer?

In most cases, we are able to offer resizing, clasp repair, cleaning, polishing and stone replacements. At this time, we can only offer repairs on items purchased here at DMR. Our helpful experts are on hand should you require any further information.

How long do jewellery repairs take?

We will aim to have your piece back to you within 4 weeks. However, turnaround time is largely dependant on the nature of your repair and how much work it will require.

How much will my jewellery repair cost?

There is no set price for jewellery repairs as each task differs. Some will be more expensive due to the complexity of the repair, the cost of materials, and the time our expert Goldsmiths dedicate to the job.

Can I send my item for repair via post or courier?
