Click & Collect

Click & Collect orders are usually dispatched within 2-3 days and will be delivered to your chosen showroom within 24 hours of dispatching your order.

Occasionally your order may take a little longer, but if that’s the case we will contact you by telephone or email and let you know.

Once your order has arrived in the showroom, our Concierge team will be in touch to arrange a collection appointment.

Collecting your order

To protect your purchase, only the name on the order can collect from our showrooms. You will also need to bring the following documents with you when
collecting your order from your chosen showroom:

  • Your order email – digital or printed
  • The original payment card (used to verify your order where a card payment has been made)
  • Photo ID

 

Please note Click & Collect cannot be used for any purchases made using V12 Interest Free Finance.
