Behind the scenes, our dedicated design team sketch beautiful new collections as part of our Head Office operation, a vibrant hub of activity. All are part of the DMR family. Client Advisor: Full-Time

Play your part in the next chapter of our story.

Since 1969, David M Robinson has been more than a jeweller and watch retailer. We're a family business built on relationships that last generations. Now, we're looking for the next people to help us write that story, with opportunities to join our teams of Client Advisors in Liverpool, Manchester and London.

This is a role at the heart of it all. You'll introduce clients to some of the world's most coveted watch brands; Rolex, Patek Philippe, OMEGA, TUDOR, TAG Heuer and IWC Schaffhausen alongside our diamond jewellery and our own exclusive, in-house designed collections. And you won't be doing it alone. Our talented goldsmiths and watchmakers work behind the scenes to support you, so you can offer every client the first-class experience they deserve.

Experience in luxury retail, or working with fine watches and diamonds is a bonus, but it's not what we're looking for first. What matters most to us is finding people who are curious, motivated, and always willing to go the extra mile for our clients because that's what turns a first-time visitor into a lifelong client and friend.

Across our showrooms, our highly trained Client Advisors have been part of many special memories throughout our 50+ year history. For many, their clients have become more like friends. Even today, David Robinson remains a part of the DMR design process. Alongside him, a team of skilled designers and product developers translate a rough pencil sketch into a timeless creation. With the help of our Goldsmiths, prototypes are crafted from precious metals which form the basis of conversations within DMR’s Head Office operation. It is here that important decisions are made on which pieces tell our story and are to be introduced to our friends by our Client Advisors.

Choose Diamonds

Choosing the right diamond is one of the most meaningful parts of the process. Our Client Advisors present you with a carefully curated selection, offering guidance on each stone’s unique qualities so your final choice feels considered and just right.

Creation

Your design is brought to life by our Master Goldsmiths, using traditional techniques alongside modern innovations. Every curve, claw, and setting is meticulously crafted to match your brief and reflect your story.

GOLDSMITHS

A workshop was where the DMR story began back in 1969. To this day, it remains an important part of our business. It is in these spaces, that expert craftsmen and women carve and shape precious metals to turn the dreams of our friends into a reality. Specialists in gemstones and metalwork, they guide our Client Advisors on bespoke projects, imparting their own creative knowledge to add an extra special touch to our clients’ ideas.
