Unveiled at Watches and Wonders 2025, this Patek Philippe Quadruple Complication features a minute-repeater, split-seconds chronograph and instantaneous perpetual calendar.
The self-winding R CHR 27 PS QI caliber (799 components) features several innovations, including two new patents which optimise energy management. The instantaneous perpetual calendar ensures that the disks pass in 30 milliseconds over the three day-date-month apertures arranged along an arc.
The 42mm white gold case is accompanied by a sunburst ice blue dial, while the navy-blue alligator leather strap offers a comfortable fit with a patented triple-blade fold-over clasp.
