Combining the self-winding flyback chronograph with the Annual Calendar, Reference 5905, this exquisite timepiece from Patek Philippe is crafted in a 42mm rose gold case with a sunburst blue dial for a modern, elegant touch.
Driven by the Caliber CH 28ƒ??520 QA 24H, the patented Annual Calendar automatically accounts for 30- and 31-day months, requiring only one correction per year, at the end of February.
The rose gold case is completed with a concave bezel and hollowed flanks, while the alligator leather strap with prong buckle offers a secure fit on the wrist.
