The Moonlight Grapes collection originates from the Art Nouveau period of the early 1900s. The iconic grape motif has been given a contemporary edge by focussing on the organic orb shape. The orb has connotations of power and regality, which aids Georg Jensen's aim to inspire beauty.
These ear cuffs are composed of a tight cluster of sterling silver beads, playfully reinterpreting Georg Jensen’s early Art Nouveau grape motif in a contemporary way. An oxidised finish lends a sense of depth and contrast to the piece, which features a wire fastening and can be worn on its own or as a pair.
