At Watches and Wonders 2026 in Geneva, IWC Schaffhausen marks 20 years of collaboration with the heirs of Antoine de Saint-Exupéry. To celebrate this partnership, the brand unveils a series of new additions to the Pilot’s Watch and Portofino collections inspired by The Little Prince - a literary masterpiece that continues to captivate readers across generations.
All new references feature deep blue dials with a sunray finish, a hallmark of IWC’s special editions dedicated to Saint-Exupéry’s iconic novel. Signature design details of these editions are the gold-plated hands, filled with Super-LumiNova®, and charming depictions of the Little Prince on the case backs.
IWC Schaffhausen Pilot’s Watch Mark XX Le Petit Prince
The collection spans a range of sizes, beginning with two interpretations of the Pilot’s Watch Mark XX Le Petit Prince. The Ref. IW328301 features a 40mm case, crown and case back ring in 18-carat 5N gold. Its deep blue dial is complemented by solid gold appliques, creating a striking contrast. Fitted with a blue rubber strap and IWC’s EasX-CHANGE® system for a comfortable fit.
The Pilot’s Watch Mark XX Le Petit Prince (Ref. IW328221) is crafted with a stainless steel case and blue sunray dial, paired with crisp white numerals and gold-plated luminous hands. Both models are powered by the IWC-manufactured 32112 calibre, delivering a 120-hour power reserve. While the gold model features a tinted sapphire case back, the steel version is finished with a solid engraved back, each showcasing the Little Prince motif.
IWC Schaffhausen Pilot’s Watch Chronograph Le Petit Prince
Also unveiled at Watches and Wonders; the Pilot’s Watch Chronograph Le Petit Prince (Ref. IW378011) in 43mm and the Pilot’s Watch Chronograph 41 Le Petit Prince (Ref. IW388120). These models feature the same deep blue dials with white indices and luminous gold-plated hands, and tinted sapphire case backs revealing an engraving of the Little Prince, framed by celestial elements such as stars and a moon. Both chronographs are powered by the 69385 calibre, a column-wheel movement with a 46-hour power reserve, and are fitted with durable blue rubber straps.
Another new addition is the IWC Schaffhausen Pilot’s Watch Chronograph 41 Le Petit Prince (Ref. IW389410), crafted from white zirconium oxide ceramic. This modern material gives the watch a distinctive, lightweight feel, while the gradient blue dial introduces a dynamic visual effect. A titanium case back engraved with the Little Prince connects it to the broader collection, and the 69381 calibre ensures reliable chronograph performance with a 46-hour power reserve.
