This white gold version of Patek Philippe's renowned men's Annual Calendar Reference 5396 features a sunburst blue dial with a black gradient bezel, accentuated by twelve baguette diamond hour-markers (0.26 ct). A matching navy-blue alligator leather strap offers a comfortable fit on the wrist.
The self-winding 26-330 S QA LU 24H calibre, which features a double day/month aperture at 12 o'clock, a date aperture at 6 o'clock, and a 24-hour subdial with an integrated moon-phase display, shows the date for 30- and 31-day months and only has to be manually adjusted once a year at the end of February.
